Order & Delivery

  1. Minimum Order value- No minimum order value is required, however delivery charges will be applicable for some orders as described below under ‘Delivery Charges’
  2. Amends in the order- Once the order is placed, no amendments are allowed. If you wish to change the order after it is placed, please follow order cancellation process and re-order.
  3. Order Acceptance & Delivery time- We accept orders on all days of the week at all time

Order delivery timelines for each order will be displayed when you put your address in the required field. Delivery timelines are suggestive and not binding

Note- If order is going to get delayed for any reason, customer care team should call and notify the customer about the time of delivery

  1. Delivery Charges- Free delivery for orders above 600 INR Cart value

    For orders below 600INR, delivery fee of YY  INR is applicable


  1. Order Return acceptability- Although we takes very good care to ensure only high quality products without any damages are delivered to our customers, still we recommend you to check the products upon delivery and ensure your satisfaction. Once the transition has been completed and the delivery person has left, return acceptance is not guaranteed. Timelines for return acceptability of the products are mentioned with the product details on website. Please contact customer care at  for further details.

Note- At the time of handover of goods to the customer, partial / full returns should be accepted  In case customer raises issue at a later phase, customer care team has to ask the customer to send relevant images if required, check them for genuineness and exchange if valid reason within timeline.



  1. Exchange acceptability- Exchange request should not be accepted from the customer. If customer wants to exchange the product, check the reason for exchange request. If the reason is valid, ask the customer to initiate return of the product and place an order for the new product



Refund (in case of Return / Cancel)

  1. Refund Payment mode- The amount will be refunded to your Wallet as credit points which can be used for your subsequent orders. The credit points are valid  for 12 months
  2. Refund timelines - Once we have accepted your return request, the refund would be credited to the  wallet within  2 - 3 working days.

Note- The refund should be credited to customer's wallet in 1 working days

  1. Refund to bank account- If customer requests to transfer the credit points in to bank then
  • Take approval of the request from ______
  • Request customer to send Bank details via email. Transfer the refund amount  to customer's bank account in 5 working days subject to bank clearance
  1. Deductions in refund- Full refund would be processed in case of order return


  1. Order Cancellation acceptability - Orders can be cancelled only until it is delivered to you.

Once Order is delivered, it is not possible to accept any cancellation request. You can return the product, if required and applicable.

Note- Every 3 months, order cancellation report to be reviewed and in case excessive cancellation is found by any customer, COD facility can be disabled for that customer

  1. Cancellation Process- If you wish to cancel the order, please select on "cancel" option available against your order, along with the reason. "Cancel" option is disabled after the order is delivered.

Note- Customer care team to review and analyze the return and cancellation report on weekly basis

  1. Deductions in Cancellation - Full refund would be processed in case of order cancellation


  1. Payment mode - We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Maestro Cards.You can also make payments using Google Pay, other e-Wallets. We offer Cash on Delivery as well
